Okay, so we know we usually reserve this D-Spot for profiling the lovely ladies of the entertainment industry. But, something has us so shocked (shocked!), that we have to talk about it immediately.
Apparently, Clay Aiken is not gay. Who knew?! Well, aside from all the loyal post-American Idol Claymates who've been haunting the rapidly expanding singer's every move. But everyone else assumed he was, right? That's all changing now, though, that it's been announced that Clay is fathering a child with his music producer's sister.
The mama-to-be is Jaymes Foster. She's also a music producer and supposedly 50 years old. (Is it wrong that when we first heard the news we thought Clay was jumping on the gay adoption bandwagon with a guy named James?) But, Clay had less to do with the bun in the oven then you might think. Apparently, lady Jaymes was artificially inseminated with Clay's singing swimmers. Which makes it sound less like there's a secret love child and more like an aging divorcee wanting one last crack at motherhood.
Either way, Clay is all set to be a daddy and is planning on being an active father. So, while we're still shocked (!), we wish the happy family the best of luck.
