Spice Girls Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell attended the ceremony, which was held at the Staglin Family Vineyards, where Christina Aguilera married Jordan Bratman in 2005.
Singers Annie Lennox and Leona Lewis as well as Schiffer were among the other guests.
