Sex and the City opens big with $55.7 million
Do we agree with the NY Times review that the characters are too shallow? Yes and no. Towards the end of the series, we started to realize that the characters weren't particularly inspiring people. That being said, it's still our favorite show of all time. It's funny and entertaining.
