Mandy Moore Hot Again?
Mandy Moore is one of those celebrities girls who go through hot/not so hot phases (see here, and here). Now, I’m a fan of her hot phases so I tend to keep an eye on her pretty regularly. Today, I’m happy to say, it looks like Mandy is back in her smoking hot phase… I think. I can’t really tell because of that distracting dress she probably borrowed from my creepy aunt Edna. What do you guys think?
