The newlyweds left Sunday, two days after their intimate wedding ceremony at a private estate in L.A., for a 10-trip to the country with beautiful beaches and rugged mountain terrain.
“They love the landscape there and were eager to go back,” a source close to the couple tells People.
Sheen, 42, and Mueller, 30, got engaged last July when he presented her with a $500,000 ring.
At their wedding on Friday, friends and family enjoyed hors d’oeuvres before the ceremony, then a three-course meal afterward.
“The wedding cake was white with beautiful birds on it,” says the source. “The wedding was simple, casual and sweet.”
