Jamie Lynn has accused 30-year-old celebrity photographer, Edwin Merino, of stalking her. Apparently this photog has been harrassing Jamie Lynn and the father of her baby, Casey Aldridge in Mississippi.
Merino will be in court next week, and is currently out on a $1,096 bond. Merino vehemently denies the charges, saying that when arrested he was 200 feet away from the couple and taking their photo with a powerful long-range lense.
