Jonas Brothers Cover of TV Guide

Our dad says, ‘Live like you’re at the bottom even if you’re at the top,Joe Jonas recently told TV Guide Magazine. And these boys certainly do!

OMJ is in full swing. The Jonas Brothers have their We Rock single debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart. Their album has gone platinum. Their concerts sell out in just minutes. And Camp Rock is set to premiere next weekend!!

“Girls chase our cars after shows as it is!” Nick tells TV Guide with a laugh.  “We’ve had a lot of inspiration from girls to write songs,” Nick reveals.  “And not all good, either! [Sometimes] bad things happen and it gives you an idea for a song.” (*cough* Miley *cough*) …

Since the brothers formed the band in 2005, they have been virtually inseparable.  Even though the role of Shane was written for a solo performer, casting Joe Jonas meant reworking the script to incorporate brothers Nick and Kevin as his on-screen bandmates.  “We never fight,” says Kevin, who swears there’s no rivalry between them all. ”We work together so much, there’s no point,” adds Nick.

The brothers’ humble quality is confirmed by people who work with them. Gary Marsh, president of Disney Channels Worldwide, says “They’re
talented.  They write their own songs, play their own instruments, perform their own music.  There’s an authenticity about them.  It’s hard to maintain that level of humility in the face of extraordinary success.  But they do because that’s who they are.

Pick up the TV Guide issue - it hits stands today!
