Good Charlotte's Joel Madden kept an eye on the paparazzi as he and Nicole Richie, 26, took daughter Harlow Winter Kate, 5 months, for a walk around their Glendale, CA neighborhood earlier today. Joel, 29, and reality star Nicole were recently honored with 'Golden Pacifier' awards.
