Jon Voight Signs On To “24″

Jon Voight has signed on to play a villanous recurring character on the upcoming seventh season of “24.” This will be the actor’s first series role in 40 years. Voight will be play Jack Bauer’s arch-nemesis and appear in the season 2-hour prequel as well as later in the season.

The only other high-profile villian in “24″ has been Dennis Hopper, who played Serbian nationalist Victor Drazen in the final episodes of the first season.
