Heath Ledger drew a heart on a letter to film director Terry Gilliam’s daughter while shooting his last film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. That heart is being used as the design for a tattoo that his castmates, and the crew, will be sporting.
Mini-Me himself, Verne Troyer, was the one who got the commemorative tattoo idea started, after Gilliam brought the letter to the set.
Troyer says, “A lot of us went and copied that heart and had it tattooed in remembrance to Heath.
We had it copied identical to how he scribbled it.”
