The former "Practice" star cites irrenconcilable differences."The Insider" has obtained new court docs indicating that actor DYLAN McDERMOTT filed for divorce from his wife of 11 years, SHIVA ROSE MCDERMOTT, on May 16.
The actor wishes to dissolve their marriage due to irreconcilable differences, according to the papers, in which he also requests joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters. Additionally, he asks that property rights be determined at a later date by the court.
McDermott won a Golden Globe in 1999 for his role as lawyer Bobby Donnell on "The Practice."
