For six years on "Sex and the City" KRISTIN DAVIS, 43, played a woman focused on family and now it seems Kristin herself is getting a bit of baby fever.
"I'd love to have children," she tells Health magazine. "I'd also love to adopt a child -- I think about it a lot."
Kristin, whose role as the global ambassador for Oxfam International has given her the opportunity to work with children in Africa, says her eyes have been opened to adopting from abroad.
"After my first trip, my friends asked, 'Where’s the baby?' And I said, 'We didn't go to any orphanages," which doesn’t mean I wasn't tempted. But I'd see children who were being cared for by their grandmothers and older siblings, and I wouldn't want to take them away from that. Also, I'm working on myself. If I'm going to be a single mother, I don't want to take it lightly."
But she says although she'd be happy to be a single mom, she's still open to having a little help! "I'd still like to find a man and have a baby with him if that's possible," she says. "I haven’t given up."

Kristin Cavallari has confirmed she will be replacing Lauren Conrad on The Hills. Thoughts?
