Rob Lowe Fights Nanny's Countersuit!

"The Insider" confirms that ROB LOWE's legal team filed two new documents with the Santa Barbara Superior Court on Wednesday: a Notice of Demur and a memorandum.

The docs are in response to former nanny JESSICA GIBSON's countersuit against Rob and wife SHERYL. They contend that part of Gibson's complaint is incorrect, and the Lowes request a trial to address this matter.
