FARRAH FAWCETT's lawyer is speaking out to "The Insider" regarding an investigation into a possible breach of the actress' private medical files.
On April 9, LAWANDA JACKSON, 49, was indicted for allegedly accepting money from a media outlet in exchange for hospital patients' private medical information. Farrah believes her information was breached and was sold to media outlets that possibly include the National Enquirer.
Attorney KIM SCHWARTZ tells "The Insider": ""Farrah Fawcett appreciates the effort of all who are investigating and taking action in exposing the invasion of her medical privacy and hopes the investigation into the practices of the National Enquirer, who obviously is the real responsible party, continues."
"The Insider" contacted the National Enquirer but received no response as of press time.
