"The Hills" star Spencer Pratt has emerged as one of the Top 10 villains in reality TV, according to a poll conducted by TV Guide and appearing in its June 23 issue.
Spencer finished in seventh place, with "The Apprentice"'s Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth taking the top position.
"As half of the unholy union that is Speidi, Spencer never misses a chance to pimp his 'romance' with Heidi Montag -- or publicly trash her ex-BFF, Lauren Conrad," the magazine reports.
