Anne Hathaway Dumped Raffaello Follieri After 4 Yrs Of Relationship!
Anne Hathaway was all smiles at the Los Angeles premiere of her new film Get Smart last night however; a very sad secret has been revealed. Anne Hathaway has broken up her 4 year long relationship with her Italian-American businessman boyfriend Raffaello Follieri over the weekend. The reason was, well, very obvious. The recent controversies surrounding him are hurting her reputation and so she she decided to break it off.
A source said: 'It's heartbreaking for her to dump him, and she's devastated that it's come to this, but she really didn't have a choice. His scandals were hurting her reputation.'
And looks like the relationship has been on the rocks for a while now. Follieri often visited Hathaway in Boston on the sets of her film Bride Wars but crew members always found them only arguing.
A friend said: 'They fought so much while Anne was making the movie, she genuinely started to wonder if the relationship was worth all the pain.'
While she was filming Bride Wars in New York, she also heard rumors about Raffaello flirting with women in nightclubs and he would only visit Anne for really short periods of time on the sets since he was so busy in his social life.
The friend added: 'Raffaello would only ever visit her on sets for short periods of time.

'He was very caught up in his social life and making connections in New York, and stories would get back to Anne about his late nights and carousing, usually with models in the immediate vicinity.'
While filming Get Smart in LA, Anne became good friends with Steve Carrell who helped Anne out with her relationship problems, advising her what she should be doing with her situation. It is also being said that Anne would love to date Steve if he weren't married!
A pal said: 'She seemed to really be enjoying her freedom, and making new friends in L.A., especially Steve.

'Anne really wants to find a guy like Steve, and if he weren't married, I have no doubt she would date him in a second.

'She's such a fan of his work she couldn't help but quote episodes of 'The Office' to him when they first met. She thinks he's amazing.

'Even though she loves being near her family, a move to Los Angeles could mean better roles, more money, and a better pool of potential boyfriends.'
Good for you Anne that you dumped that freaky businessman! Good that you are looking for more boyfriends but my only request - please DO NOT become the next Angelina Jolie and break Steve Carrell's home. He's a very happily married man and I guess you should just let it be that way!
