The New Orleans native, 25 – who recently had a No. 1 hit with the single "Lollipop" – saw his last two CD platinum, but not so quickly. (In fact, it's a feat that hasn't been accomplished since 50 Cent did it in 2005.) "He worked hard. He just came with something different," said Williams.
