Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl, Maddie Briann, at 9:33 this morning near her new home in Liberty, Mississippi, OK magazine reports. Her sister Britney arrived Wednesday to be at the hospital during the birth, along with her father Jamie and brother Bryan, the mag said. 

"Both mom and baby are healthy and happy," a rep for Jamie Lynn tells OK! exclusively. "They are surrounded by their close relatives, including Jamie Lynn’s older sister Britney, mother Lynne, father Jamie and brother Bryan."

Maddie, weighing in at seven pounds, 11 ounces, is the first child for 17-year-old Jamie Lynn, star of  Nickelodeon's "Zoey 101," and her fiancé, Casey Aldridge, 19.
