Lindsay Lohan must have run into her dad
Maybe Lindsay Lohan ran into her dad, who found Jesus in jail and had some sort of divine help to secure his early release for multple charges including assault and DUI. Lindsay was seen with a religious book in her car outside paparazzi target restaurant The Ivy. Lohan’s dad was released from jail on March 13th, and she reportedly went to great lengths to ensure he didn’t show up at a party she was guest DJing at last Thursday. Lohan coped with the stress with a little help from Grey Goose in a Voss water bottle.

Lohan’s dad wrote her at least two public letters from jail urging her to turn her life over to God for His help conquering her demons. From a curious drawing he penned from prison and sent to the NY Daily News, he seems to see her as some sort of victim of fame and its minions.

So perhaps Michael Lohan gave Lindsay that biblical book, titled “God’s Promises,” or maybe she popped into an AA meeting and got it from a fellow attendee. One of the tenets of AA are the “Promises” from the Big Book, which aren’t exactly God’s promises, but could be related enough to explain how they might end up in Lohan’s car.

Nice to see Lohan’s gilded handcuff are still hanging from her rearview mirror.

Lohan’s mom Dina was dropped from a scheduled Thursday morning appearance on The View. Producers decided that she wasn’t suitable for the show after Rosie read excerpts from her Bazaar interview on the air and rightfully dissed her. Dina painted herself as a friend who parties with her daughter, and said she was “living the American dream.”
