The "Umbrella" singer painted the town red on Thursday in honor of Cartier's Declare Your Love Day by flicking the giant switch operating power for the Empire State Building. The red lights drenched the city skyline in a red glow for the occasion.

I'm kind of not loving Rihanna's outfit here. I like her hair just black and not the strangely purple-red rinse that crazy old ladies always seem to end up with. Also, the boots are and dress are sort of ick. Why is she wearing a dress that looks like it was made from the "Casual Friday" scrubs my dental hygienist from Florida likes to wear?

So, if it's declare your love day, girl, go ahead and declare it already!
