CHARLIE SHEEN HAULS DENISE RICHARDS INTO COURT

Warring exes DENISE RICHARDS and CHARLIE SHEEN are back in court in Los Angeles on Friday (20Jun08) for another ugly clash.
After weeks of trading insults through the media, Richards was forced to miss a photoshoot for her reality TV show, and revealed during an interview on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM show that Sheen had summoned her to court.
She told Seacrest - who produces her show, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated - “I am sitting in the parking lot at the courthouse. He decided to take me to court this morning.
“If he is here we will see each other today. I imagine he’ll be here. He’s the one taking me to court. He should be here.” Richards refused to reveal the nature of the hearing but it follows a fierce battle over custody of their two young daughters following their divorce in 2006.
The actress insists she is still hopeful there will be an end to the pair’s increasingly public war, telling Seacrest, “I hope that there is a way out.
That’s the goal. This is ugly and humiliating and it’s bad for our children.
“For the girls’ sake, the best thing is for he and I to be cordial. It would happen on my part.”  (www.wenn.com)
Meanwhile - Watch the emotional homecoming as Denise, her dad, and her sister return to her parent’s house for the first time since her mom passed away from cancer last year.

The actress and new reality star breaks down while looking at old photographs saying, “It’s hard looking at these pictures.”

She reveals the loss still gets to her. “The other day I was crying and thinking, God, I just want my mom,” she laments.

And there are even more rattled nerves when her new reality show, “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated” airs Friday night on the E! network. Just wait until you see the people applying for a job as Denise’s personal assistant!
