"I expect that the [court] order of the day will be to do what's best for those kids," he said, referring to the divorced couple's two little boys: Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1, who currently live with K-Fed. "I think it'll be an order that enables both parents to be involved in the children's lives."
Kaplan is no stranger to the club circuit. Earlier this month, People magazine reported that he joined K-Fed's sizable entourage for a night of merriment at Prive in Las Vegas, where the posse chilled into the wee hours of the morning, and, incidentally, where Federline was awarded an honorary "Father of the Year" trophy by the club's management.
