"The Insider" has the latest...Although they've been legally single since October, former power couple Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are officially divorced.
Court documents obtained by "The Insider" state that all financial and custody issues have been settled. "[The court finds] the parties have settled all their remaining issues in these proceedings," the court papers, dated June 12, read.
The exes, who have one daughter, Ava, 8, and one son, Deacon, 4, were married in 1999 and separated in 2006.
