"The Insider" has the details..."The Insider" has obtained new court docs detailing the fallout of ANNE HECHE's divorce from COLEY LAFFOON. According to the papers, which state that the case is "settled," Heche must pay $3,700 per month in child support for their six-year-old son, HOMER.
The docs further stipulate that Heche must pay for 75 percent of Homer's private school tuition (while Laffoon covers 25 percent), and the actress also owes her ex a lump sum of $275,000.
Laffoon filed for divorce in February of 2007, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The couple married in 2001.
