"The Insider" has the latest...There has been a change in the custody agreement for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's two young boys, "The Insider" confirms.
The exes faced each other in a Los Angeles courtroom this morning because, according to OK! magazine, Britney has requested overnight stays at her home with her sons Sean and Jayden and she and her lawyer were in court to "show cause" as to why she should be granted the extra time.
Although the details of the status change have not been announced, OK! reports that Britney did say she was happy as she exited the courthouse.
Britney arrived to court just before 8:30 a.m. and was joined by her dad Jamie and lawyer.
