Revealed: Jessica Alba's Daughter Honor Marie!
Ever since Jessica Alba and Cash Warren welcomed their daughter Honor Marie on June 7, celebri-baby fans around the world have been going ga-ga over one question: Which gorgeous parent does the little girl look like?
The first-ever photographic evidence -- plus reveals about Jessica's labor, her bounce-back exercise routine, and possible plans for another child -- are all disclosed in the new issue of OK! magazine, on newsstands everywhere Thursday.
Although the star couple believe Honor inherited her father's nose and her mother's mouth and lips, papa Cash hopes his baby girl takes after him appearance-wise -- not Jessica! "I want her to look like me, because a daughter looking like Jessica, I'd kill myself!"
Within the pages of OK!, the family describes their near domestic-bliss living in their hilltop L.A. estate. But was Jessica's natural birth something other than serene?
"I wanted to do it naturally," the 'Fantastic Four' star says. "The labor was more like meditation. I did yoga breathing. I was focused."
She faced a different challenge in coming up with the adorable infant's name. With both her and Chase in favor of a unique moniker -- Jessica tells OK! she's never been smitten with her own, popular name -- the actress says one of her girlfriends suggested 'Honor,' while 'Marie' is her middle name.
Speaking of middles, Jessica says she's finally gotten back to work on regaining her famous figure. Aside from ditching the soul-food heavy diet she enjoyed while pregnant, the new mom reveals one fool-proof trick that requires no exercise at all: " I lost the tummy just breast feeding," she says, but confesses also: "I started working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I'm doing it slow."
With the couple dividing up baby chores about equally -- Cash bravely handling diaper duty; Jessica taking care of feedings -- the question arises, who will be the bigger disciplinarian when Honor grows tall enough to start breaking rules?
"I think we're pretty even," Jessica muses. "We're good at communicating and bouncing things off each other. We'll stick to our guns, even when she gives us pout face!"
Both parents tell OK! they're in no rush to get back to their respective careers, preferring to concentrate on being the best parents possible. And as for plans to expand their happy brood by another child or two, Jessica says: "Yeah, we want more. I definitely wouldn't wait 10 years. This body can't take it."
