A huge complex offering prodigious amounts of office, retail and public space. Financial giant Merrill Lynch and other international firms are headquartered here. A number of restaurants and specialty shops can also be found here. The gem of the facility is the Winter Garden, a huge space with a 120-ft high vaulted glass ceiling and sixteen 40 ft. tall palm trees, where free music, dance and theater productions are held regularly, and which was repaired amazingly quickly after the September 11th tragedy. A glass wall on the west side of the Winter Garden overlooks the Ground Zero site.

Outdoors, the grounds feature a marina for luxury yachts and spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
