she'll probally not go to jail but if she does she'll only be in there for like ten minutes or so,just like nicole richie,khole kardashein were b/c the "jail is to full" or some other dump excuses.

When it comes to the celebrities breaking the law in California, the California law exhibits "double standards". The regular law for us average people, but special celebrity treatment for a star. It's just not right, and I wonder if this is legal.....

Unfortunately, the celebrity treatment will not deal with the root of her problem. I think her depression started after the birth of her daughter, Ava. Body changes incurred when pregnant are hard for celebrities to deal with. Extra fat from birth is a no-no in Hollywood, coupled with aging (Heather is 47) does not bode well to an actress who is closely associated with youth and sexuality.

I think this is ridiculous. She was taking PRESCRIPTION meds that was prescribed for her. How many times have any of you out there driven while on drugs prescribed by your doctor?! I think this is a witch hunt and I wish luck to Ms. Locklear!

Not everyone goes to jail for DUI, gee some don't even go for murder. Heather is a sweety, let her do community service. You had your fun with Paris. :)

It's not just celebrities. Everyone gets community service for their first dui. It's standard, 1 yr. probation, 1,000 fine, going to diversion, watching a victim's impact panel and community service. So, quit singling out the celebs. It's standard procedure. Why should they have to do jail, when the normal people don't? COME ONNNNN??????

She SHOULD get some kind of punishment - loss of license and classes on the dangers of driving while impaired. Instead, she'll get a slap on the wrist and some meaningless community service. Why? Because she's a celebrity. What a bunch of CRAP!
