America loved them, but the record labels do NOT!

Though success on America Idol often serves as an acid test for fame seeking singers, success doesn't always carry over.  Ruben Studdard and Taylor Hicks (both winners) and Blake Lewis (runner up) have all been dropped from their record deals.  Simon, Randy, Paula, and America are currently waiting for their bounce back to fame.

  • No, that is NOT Ruben Studdard, it's Evander Holyfield. Apparently, this photographer can't tell the difference between two VERY different looking black men. That, to me, is disgusting and an insult to BOTH Ruben and Evander!
