Like many of us, celebrities aren't perfect. But you'd think when they act as idols for so many young people, they would listen to the General Surgeon warning that says SMOKING KILLS! So here is a compilation of some stars who light up... gross!

How could a woman as beautiful as Katherine Heigl have such an ugly addiciton? She even portrays a doctor on TV, you'd think she know how bad it is!
