2008 was the year of Tina Fey and Robert Downey Jr. So who will be on the "it" list for 2009? The Insider has investigated, and here are a few of our favorite stars who are paving their way for 2009 to be their year!

Perhaps maybe the next tween queen to take off into superstardom is Emma Roberts, the niece of actress Julia Roberts. Emma is set to star in two flicks in 2009: "Hotel for Dogs" and "The Winning Season".
