2008 was the year of Tina Fey and Robert Downey Jr. So who will be on the "it" list for 2009? The Insider has investigated, and here are a few of our favorite stars who are paving their way for 2009 to be their year!

She isn't even 15-years-old yet but Dakota Fanning has a slew of blockbuster hits under her belt. But we have a feeling 2009 might be her year to shine with two movies being released: "Push" and the animated "Coraline".
