2008 was the year of Tina Fey and Robert Downey Jr. So who will be on the "it" list for 2009? The Insider has investigated, and here are a few of our favorite stars who are paving their way for 2009 to be their year!

Demi Lovato is the new reigning tween queen and 2009 will be a big year for the 16-year-old. First, she'll be starring with her BFF Selena Gomez in "Princess Protection Program", then starring in a new TV series "Sonny With A Chance", and finally, she'll be starring in "Camp Rock 2"... you know, that mega-hit with The Jonas Brothers.
