2008 was the year of Tina Fey and Robert Downey Jr. So who will be on the "it" list for 2009? The Insider has investigated, and here are a few of our favorite stars who are paving their way for 2009 to be their year!

Yes, we all know him as Nate Archibald on the smash-hit "Gossip Girl", but Chace Crawford is really starting to make a name for himself. He was one of the sexiest men of 2008 and by the looks of it, he is only getting hotter. So expect to see a lot more Chace in the future!
