2008 was the year of Tina Fey and Robert Downey Jr. So who will be on the "it" list for 2009? The Insider has investigated, and here are a few of our favorite stars who are paving their way for 2009 to be their year!

Ciara's third studio album "Fantasy Ride" is being released in March and if it's anything like her previous albums, then she'll most likely be the R&B queen of 2009. We say expect some more Grammy nominations for her!
