2008 was the year of Tina Fey and Robert Downey Jr. So who will be on the "it" list for 2009? The Insider has investigated, and here are a few of our favorite stars who are paving their way for 2009 to be their year!

Let's face it: Seth Rogen is THE funniest man out there right now. His hits include "Knocked Up", "Superbad", and "Pineapple Express", but 2009 will be a big year for the funny man. Seth has three movies being released, and has begun filming "The Green Hornet" due out in 2010... so brace yourselves, 2009 will be all about Seth Rogen!
