Sculptor George Segal exhibit opens in Dallas

A George Segal installation titled, "Street Crossing", 1992, plaster, paint is seen at Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009. From a cluster of figures crossing a street, each lost in their own world, to a lone man replacing the lettering on a cinema marquee, American sculptor George Segal explored the human condition in an urban atmosphere. "George Segal: Street Scenes," opening Saturday at Nasher Sculpture Center, features 16 of Segal's works from the early 1960s through the end of his career in the 1990s. (AP Photo/Tony Gutierrez)
