'Lost' actor and ABC face sex harassment claim

Chelsea Stone is suing ABC and 'Lost' actor Henry Ian Cusick, claiming she was sexually harassed and then fired from the hit show. Stone filed suit on Friday, April 24, 2009 in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging Cusick fondled her buttocks and breasts and kissed her on the lips in October 2007.
