Plunging Necklines: Classy or Trashy?

Many stars like to show a little skin with low cut dresses!  Do these stars wear their scandalous outfits tastefully, or do they just look trashy?  You decide!

  • Low necklines are not trashy as long as it is done with taste. Keep the neckline tight and not flapping all over. Dresses, yes. Shirts, no. All is okay unless my daughters want to wear them

      So everything is okay unless it involves your daughters? I'm proposing to not have any daughters then, so that something is okay irregardless of person in question, if you're going to apply...
