heath was unbelievable. he stole every scene. when he was on screen i couldnt even hear people breathing. his passion and commitment to this role will inspire every fellow actor to go for it. christian maggie the guy who was alfred and morgan freeman all excellent too

The world has lost one of the up coming best actors. If you saw brokeback and other films he is as good as they come. We lost a great one too drugs.

Heath was breath taken I had chills the whole movie he was so Amazing that I forgot anybody was in the movie he stole the whole movie he owned the role with his passion, dept,heart ,soul,Heath was mind blowing and ruthless unlike any villain I've every seen been before cold hearted and gets straight to the point ,It is such a shame that Heaths gone I and many others will miss him dearly I love u heath and may u rest in peace with the angels above and may God be wit your family R.I.P Heath and may he live on with us in are heart always and forever 1979-2008

I am not a fan of Bat Man or anything like that but just watching the trailers , and this amazing character I decided to watch the movie , I entirely fell in love with thhe Joker , he honestly stole the whole movie , its should be renames from the Dark Knight to The Joker !

Even though I haven't seen the movie yet, I think he deserves a Acadamy Award for other movies!

The title of the show was all wrong - it shouldn't have been the Dark Knight - it really was nothing about Batman - it was all about the Joker and Heath did an AWESOME! job. I couldn't take my eyes off the movie - he was so into the character. They say he suffered from depression - I wonder if this role didn't add to it. He was so into the role - you could feel it!! I'm going to miss seeing him on the big screen.

the dark knight derserves all the success its getting! i have already seen it twice and i plan on seeing it agian.
heath ledger for an oscar! to simply put it, "he stole the show". he deserves it because this was a performance never seen before, somebody that can be completely psychotic yet make people laugh is nearly impossible to do, and he did it. you were always eager to see what he would do next and basically made the movie a hit. and i'm not just saying it cus he's dead. he'd still be praised either way. RIP -
