  • People, come back to me in a year and tell me if you still think Barack HUSSEIN Obama is one step below God. Tell me you think so when your taxes go sky-high because you are paying for his ridiculous social programs. Tell me you love him when you cannot get gasoline because he wouldn't permit offshore drilling. Tell me you love him when you cannot get health care because some twinkie with the IQ of a rabbit is deciding whether that tumor, which may be malignant, can be removed - such is often the result of
nationalized health care. And o you REALLY believe he can achieve peace in the Middle East by talking to the Crackpot leader of Iran? I mean, get REAL people! Yes, there will be change -- but, as Mr. Spock once said in "Star Trek": Be careful what you wish for --- you may get it.

    • You really don't think McCain is NOT going to raise taxes? You do realize Bush has created the largest deficit since the great depression? Over $300 billion... who is going to pay for that? Someone has to... and to sit there and think McCain won't raise taxes is ignorant.

You won't see a drop of that oil on the ANWR for over 7 years. The Republicans are reacting to high oil futures instead of planning for the future of our nations energy. Instead of freaking out and "DRILL DRILL DRILL", they need to sit down with the Democrats and figure out a solution that addresses the short term crisis (NOT DRILLING), and plans for the future with renewable energy. Which is exactly what Obama's plan calls for.

Obama never said he was for national health care. Just healthcare reforms.

The Iranian leaders wants to talk, its Bush and his cronies that don't want to talk to Iran.

Get your facts straight and put down the talk show radio baseless facts.

  • I want someone with experienced and I can trust not to change their mind when speaking to different groups. 140 something days as a senator is not enough experience. I want a true American who I know is a Christian and wants to work for all people. Barak talks very well, but he's not ready to lead our country when it comes to security and balancing the budget. He wants taxes, no drilling for oil tax the rich more (which I am a blue collar retiree). Tax the rich more and they won't spend as much nor will they be able to help those who need jobs.

  • What has the rich done for the country so far......? Seems to me like they have stuffed their pockets with the money of the middle class and poor for the past 7, 8 years. I'm in the military and we're taking hits left and right as far as quality training, adequate repair parts, maintenance, etc. It's time for the rich to pony up and support the country to get us back on the right track. How do you think it got this bad in the first place..... greed. I hear everyone talking about being a patriot but I don't see them wanting to put their money where their mouth is.

  • If John McCain is elected president I am afraid that this country is going to be a shadow of its former self. A friend of mine in the UK told me that Bush has been an embarrassement to this country and he added McCain will only continue Bush's policies.

You choose to wear read or blue, go hear or there, not kill or not kill my baby. for that reason alone, I can't vote for Barack, but I do like everything else about him McCain is just so dang old and though he is a war hero and should be commended, I don't know how that is going to help get us out of this economic mess that we are in.

    • The same can be said for Gov. Palin. To vote for Sen. McCain is to vote for the great possibility of Ms. Palin as President. After what must have been much grueling tutelage, Gov. Palin performed quite well in the debate all things considered. But I actually heard the interview last month when she stated not having a clue to what the V.P. does. She gave no indication that she was joking. Surely she knows the American people need to get to know her qualifications and each opportunity to tout them is a time to do just that. One month ago she honestly did not know what the role of the V.P. was! She now can clearly articulate that role but do you really believe she can take the helm of this country full-throttle if need be?

  • i have been watching this presidental race. RACE well thats just what its about its sad how the american people and news play there little games how they provide info and deliver there little tactics on obama . now they hoping that this great white hope sarah pallin will steal the show. i hope and pray that obama win because for over 200 years you rich poeple have drove this country while the poor had to get in where the rich put them.if i was obama i would not worry about mccain or pallin because he has prove his self .ask me his the hero .you people are hoping that you can find something wrong in obama so you can say see i told you so. guees what it aint going to happen. cn news and others have done nothing but be unfair about this elections. if you cant see the difference on how they been make mccain and pallin be this bigger than life figures another tactic that has been use by constance liers that they are so use to being i say this dont continue being so comfortable thinking that judgement will not be notice the whole world see how this country has played GODS role in every means .you go ahead and vote for mccain and pallin so we can say i told you so . i can see right through this game mccain is doing what ever means necessary to become president. as a black man im pissed of because all the news media has done nothing but praise mccain on picking pallin for the first gop nonminations i would think that alot more should be said about obama being the first AFRICAN AMERICAN to be nonminated to run for president that futher more let us see where this country stand on those issues . you and when i say Y-O-U you know who and what im saying and talking about we as african american had better stand up or be wipe out because the its not only about this elections its about the ongoing circumstance that they want to continue to apply on u me and those who they feel should not have no say so in how things are done in this country . will here is another tactic that they use no experience cant you see it same old little day to day circustance that those people use on u and us nothing change and it wont thats why they dont wont obama in the white house because change dont include there old ways that has keep them on top for centuries all i can say dont let slick willy sain mccain trick you into that same old 200 years of holding you down it time for a new driver for this country they had there time to try to fix the problems since this country was founded .if obama lose it my fault and yours as well as the people that dont wont change i can understand obama im sure he feel like daniel in the loins den facing this so call equal right country that is no more united than GOD IS TO THE DEVIL lets say i feel that obama can fix the hate between black and white thats the true problem in this country let fix the roots so that country can grow. we didnt mess up this country and world know THAT so let this divided country continue and see what happen a house divided will fall. its very sad that you prejudice people still live and when obama win let move all those people to alaska and then the country can be united those prejudice people would fit them well white snow well you get the picture. and i got alot white friend so does that make me prejudice or a uncle tom you see here the root of the problem for instance. so if you think im prejudice i am not i just see it everyday day to day living and when is it going to stop ? well i say this i dont like it i hate it and thoe that keep it going ! but if someone complain about it then they prejudice! i pray that GOD have mercy on you people! will i better get out and vote. i want change like obama and if you had sense then that who you should vote for ..we have earn it and deserve it change and when i say we i mean white black and all that make up this country i hope and pray that someday we can all see each other as one and not as a color or how much money we have or anything negative prejudice but as one because it will take a united effort to make this country strong please dont let mccain win or this contry will not make it hey he is another bush and i think he a clone lol . thank you obama im am so proud to be a afircan american because of you my children can now believe that they can be whatever they want to be even president of the united states!!!

  • Does the person who is screaming and rightfully so over the killing of 50 million babies last year realize that these abortions took place under the 2nd term of an ANTI-ABORTION PRESIDENT. In TWO TERMS how much has the sitting, purported pro-life president done to protect the unborn. I fell for Bush's pro-life rhetoric in 2000 and have lived to regret it. Doesn't anyone honestly hold politicians accountable anymore. We entered Iraq under false pretenses, anyone who says otherwise is a liar or a fool. When no W.M.D. could be found then an only then did our agenda for being in Iraq change. We need a vehicle other than the divisive 2 party system to elect our officials. Maybe then we as Americans would be forced to disallow personality and partisan driven politics. It is vital that we think critically and ask difficult questions of our leaders and hold their feet to the fire irrespective of party alliances.

Do you not realize that either of these candidates will screw things up worse than they already are? This country isn't going to get any better, EVER! Why bother voting anyway? There is some guy behind the voting pole changing your vote as you are voting, because he is being pais to do it!
