Mary-Kate was obviously close friends with Heath Ledger but I don't think she had anything to do with his death.

You're not the coldest beer in the fridge if you think she had nothing to do with it. Why ask for immunity? Why did she first call for her security instead of dialing 911? Whatever, she'll have to live with lying to herself for the rest of her life, still should have done the right thing though. Judging by her looks, it's likely she has her own pharmacy in each of her condo's. Way to help out a friend!

I think the calling around comes down to the massage lady. She should of called 911 as soon as she saw him, not call Mary Kate 3 times when she was in California and had to have her security go there.

How can she call herself a close friend when she didn´t call for help? How did she think the security was gonna help him? And now she´s acting like nothing happened.
