Mary Kate looks terrible. With those black rings around her eyes, it looks like she never washes her face. I can't decide if she looks like a crack-head, or a starving vampire. Yuck. Take a shower. Eat something!

If a friend of mine died like that, I'd WANT to testify ... unless I helped him to die by procuring the drugs for him.
Obviously, Mr. Ledger was a sick man who didn't get the help he obviously needed. No one cared enough about him to JUST SAY NO if and when he asked for drugs. And don't euphemise prescription medication or say it's not as bad as illegal drugs. Drugs are drugs, no matter from where or you get them.
If you take drugs improperly, then it doesn't matter if they're illegal or from a doctor's office - they're drugs and they're killers. And, again I ask, why are we canonizing him? Why didn't anyone help him when he was alive rather than canonize him after he died. And what about his daughter? Who will help her now that her irresponsible, immature father chose drugs over her? -
Why else would the person called BEFORE 9-1-1 by the person who found Heath want immunity before talking to the Feds????
BECAUSE SHE KNOW SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO THE CASE....

when it comes to loosing a friend that was into drugs or had a drug problem it can be hard to talk aboyt yes! but in order to help your friend is to talk to him or her and offer them help to get off what ever drug they are on. always help a friend. DON'T DO THE DRUGS WITH THEM!!! OR YOU'LL GET END UP IN A BOX.

Those girls have so many of their own problems that I would not be surprised at all to find out Mary Kate had something to do with these drugs. She looks like she's on drugs too. And more importantly, if she had nothing to hide, she would freely speak about her friendship and what she knew to help with the situation. By seeking immunity and denying to speak, she shows her definite reluctance and at the same time is giving somewhat of a confession in itself that she was involved at some level. Why not speak if you're innocent? She's hiding something big and is scared it will obliterate her like she helped obliterate Ledger.

she is definatley hiding something for sure. i doubt heath ledger would take an overdose on purpose. he was a great actor. mery-kate refusing to answer questions is very suspicious!

I can't understand why Mary Kate Olsen isn't being forced to reveal what she knows about Heath Ledger's death. If she weren't a celebrity, this would not be allowed to happen. Her not talking makes it likely that she is hiding something and is trying to protect herself.
