  • Bernie shocked me the most. You never know what's really going on with a person until after they die. He had to be really sick to go like that. I think he knew he was dying.

  • I was so shocked to hear Bernie Mac passed away because i anticipated that he would be okay when he fell sick. I'm sure all of america would agree that he was like a personal friend who visited our homes each week via TV and entertained us to the MAC(x). He will be greatly missed.

  • The piece should have focused on his pivotal role as a celebrity and "native son" among all members of the African American Community! For Example, in the movie "Shaft" was a call to all of us to stand up for living a good life and not be taken in by the drug dealer and the thug life/mentality. We were so proud to be associated with this sexy and well dressed young man. Please reconsider extending your focus on what he contributed to the betterment of the African American Community. Thanks for being there for comments, Great program.
