HONESTLY I DON'T KNOW BUT I WOULD HAVE HOPED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE WAITED TILL THEY WERE FULL GROWN AND THEN GET SURGERY.
AT LEAST IT WILL MAKE HER FEEL BETTER ABOUT HERSELF. -

I wouldn't think a doctor would perform that kind of surgery on a young girl either, but, I don't know. It sure looks like a total change to me!

Not that I really care one way or the other, but they look fake to me. Some doctors will perform cosmetic surgery on a 14 year old with the parents permission and enough money involved.
I don't like big breasts so it's no concern to me, however. -
Come on people, the baby is 14 years old! She is developing into her body, cut the crap! One year I was flat as a board but by the end of summer I had B cups. Everyone assumed I was stuffing my bra and that was hurtful. Don't hurt people on purpose. Let lil mama live.
