Michael needs to be careful, Lets not forget he got busted for a DWI four years ago and nearly ran over a cop. We have watched too many young athletes get caught up in their own success. Keep your head together Mike.

The american culture today is horrible. there is no accountability anymore. If I were being paid millions in enorsements I bet I wouldnt be out there smoking dope, getting wasted and breaking the law. COMMON SENSE

If anything, this news should be a wake-up call to all the anti-marijuana lemmings out there. He smokes pot and wins olypic medals. Kind of blows their government issue logic out of the water, doesn't it?

Michael Phelps is awesome, he's an amazing athelete and has done nothing wrong by smoking a bit of pot. It shouldn't even be illegal. I think it shows that he is a regular guy too.

Prudes like yourself and the people that made a big deal out of him smoking pot (and getting him suspended) need to know when to mind their own business. And young people might look up to him, oh well too bad because you know what? All the parents need to do is to be responsible for their kids, Michael Phelps is not responsible for what your kids do, YOU ARE! case closed.
