People are accountable as being self-responsible. Have we all forgotten the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to freedom of choice? Geez! Have we forgotten that youths believe they are the center focus of attention and the world appears to revolve about them? Just blame the publicity from the glory hounds seeking to get a name for themselves in creating a story line for the dim-witted to jump on-board with and gossip about. How feeble-minded.

you can be the best parent in the world but still have kids with substance abuse problems. It is so much easier to blame her parents though. I am sure her mother did the best she could. I believe she did have post-pardom depression after her 2nd child but was never diagnosed so instead of getting proper medical help she turned to alcohol and drugs to ease her pain.

Lynne probably made mistakes, don't we all? But at some point we have to learn to take responsibility for our own actions. It would be sad to still be blaming Mom when you're 30 0r 40 or older.
