He is an unfit parent PERIOD. We lost our 7 year old on an ATV. She was riding on the ATV at her friend's house with her friend's dad on it. We had told them we did not want her on it, but they did it behid our back. Their defense was, "They were going slow on flat terrian", but the ATV still managed to flip.
