of 2008..... because he is an outstanding
athlete that achieved not only his goal but
overachieved all swimmer's goals and all athletes goals...He went after it & did it !!!!!!!!!!!

athletic world in sofaras achieving the highest swimmer's goal of getting 15 gold medals in swimming in 8 days at Beiging....
we are proud of him and should be because
he defeated his learning disability by
sticking to his guns and completing his
goal of going to the Olympics, winning 15 gold medals for the U.S.A. and maintaining
his independence doing it. -
