Young men today - including Chace Crawford - don't seem to know what a comb and a razor are for! The 3-day stubble look should have gone out with big hair and Afros! But no matter in what generation you find stubble, it's unattractive, uncouth, lazy and just plain dirty-looking. It's a fact that men (born males and transsexual males) will grow facial hair and that, unless you want a beard that goes to the floor, that facial hair has to be removed or at least trimmed daily. There is no excuse for not removing facial hair or trimming it if you are growing a beard.
And there also is absolutely NO excuse for a man not to style and comb his hair. The new style seems to be the "sweep" - bangs so long the wearer has to sweep his head in order to get said bangs out of his eyes. C'mon, guys - go to a barber or even a unisex shop and get your hair styled. Then invest in some shampoo and conditioner and even some "man spray" to keep the style. You don't have to wear a "buzz" cut but hair that is nicely cut, combed and styled does wonders for a man's looks. Chace Crawford isn't a teenager anymore so he should have a hair style that reflects his maturity (if he has any maturity -- or hair.)
